The mixture undergoes fermentation in piles for 8 to 24 hours, during which the rooibos transforms from green to its characteristic reddish-brown color while developing its distinctive fruity aroma. This transformation is why rooibos tea is often referred to as “red tea.”

After fermentation, the rooibos is carefully dried and then blended with natural flavorings, such as our luscious chocolate drops and vibrant orange, to create the final aromatic infusion. To maintain purity and preserve the tea’s healthful properties, a pasteurization step is employed, ensuring both quality and safety for our discerning customers.
