The new Kyusu “Koji” revisits a traditional Japanese shape, crafted in ceramic with internal stainless steel filter. It is a teapot recommended for everyday use—very durable, with a distinctive style. Inside, it is equipped with a stainless steel filter for tea and herbal infusions. Tokoname cups can be paired with the Tokoname teapot.

These teapots are particularly suitable for tea infusions because they are not too large. This allows for small, repeated infusions—something impossible with large teapots. For those who drink pure teas, these teapots enable the famous multiple infusions using the same leaves, a hallmark of premium teas rather than flavored blends.

Using the same leaves, you can prepare 2 to 6 infusions depending on the tea. Once the liquid is poured out, the leaves remain in the filter, ready to be reused multiple times. Tokoname teapots are especially well suited for multiple infusions.
