The French Press is a very useful tool for making filter coffee and herbal infusions of all kinds.
How it works:
- Add ground coffee or herbal blend to the bottom.
- Pour in hot water.
- Close with the lid and filter.
- After the necessary infusion time, press the filter down to separate the liquid from the solids.
- The coffee grounds or herbs remain at the bottom, allowing you to pour the infusion into a cup.
It can be used for tea, but keep in mind that unless poured out immediately, the leaves continue infusing, leading to over-extraction and bitterness.
The French Press is made of glass with a stainless steel filter with very fine mesh that prevents even coffee powder from passing through with a capacity of 300 ml and a wooden lid.
