This particular Spring harvest, cultivated with care by Uncle Lin, a seasoned farmer from a long lineage of tea growers, offers a truly exemplary expression of this cultivar’s aromatic potential. Recognized internationally, Four Season Oolong earned the Great Taste Award in London in 2019, a testament to its consistent quality and appeal across cultures and palates.

What makes this tea so captivating is its bright, generous floral bouquet a vibrant interplay of jasmine, orchid, and gardenia backed by a silky, honeyed mouthfeel and a clean, refreshing finish. Brewing Recommendations:

Gong Fu Cha Infusion Method (Recommended):

  • Vessel: Gaiwan or small clay teapot (120-150 ml)
  • Quantity: 5-6 grams
  • Water temperature: 90-95°C
  • Steep time: Start at 20 seconds, gradually increasing
  • Infusions: Up to 7 or 8 time, with evolving notes and texture

Western Style Brewing:

  • Quantity: 3-4 grams per 200 ml of water
  • Water temperature: 90-95°C
  • Steep time: 2 minutes
  • Reinfuse 2-3 times, adjusting steep time as needed

Cold Brew Method:

  • Quantity: 6g per 500 ml of cool, filtered water
  • Steep in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours
  • Yields a sweet, floral, and ultra-refreshing infusion
