Assam Tonganagaon is a premium Indian black tea cultivated in the famed tea-growing region of Assam, located in the northeastern part of India along the fertile plains of the Brahmaputra River. The tea contains a high number of delicate buds, slightly lowering the water temperature can preserve its nuanced flavors. For a more robust cup, extend the infusion by a minute or two.
